Today is my first day of Spring Break from Illinois State University. Last year I started training with you my first day of Spring Break while I was still in High School, so today unofficially marks one year since you helped change my life. The weight is still off (I've lost even more). I continue to work out 3-5 times a week. I eat healthy. I feel healthy. I look healthy. I never ever would have dreamed I would look the way I look today. I have so much more confidence in everyday life and it feels incredible. I feel and look better than ever, and it's all thanks to you. The skills and knowledge you taught me in such a small time frame would last me a lifetime. I cannot thank you enough,You truly changed my life.
Tony Sheron was my personal trainer and speed coach for many years. I grew into the athlete that was able to accomplish her dream of becoming a Division One softball player. His workouts were evenly balanced and always made for a super fun time! Being a 14 year old when I really started getting serious about strength and conditioning, it was pretty hard to get me motivated to leave the couch, but training sessions with Tony always got me up and moving (really quickly!). I know that his workouts are what really turned me into someone who refuses to give up and someone that continues to push herself everyday. Tony is seriously the best trainer I have ever worked with and I would recommend him to any one of any age! He can cater to young athletes as well as the older crowd and will be cheering you on the whole way! Thanks Tony!
I am 75, after 10 sessions with Tony I increased my golf drive by 5 yards!!!!
I started training with Tony 2 years ago, at that time I had several ongoing medical problems with my foot that made it difficult for me to walk for any extended period of time. He put together an exercise program that helped strengthen my ankle and foot. It was slow going for awhile but eventually I was able to walk again and do all the things I use to do. Another bonus of the exercise program was I dropped 2 sizes in my clothing. I believe Tony's knowledge of muscles, anatomy and training helped me immeasurably.
Tony Sheron is a great personal trainer! He takes the time to get to know his client and also to get to know his clients needs and goals. I have lost some weight with Tony, but mostly I have toned up and I am enjoying a healthier lifestyle thanks to him. At times, he does kick me into high gear, but I know it's all worth it!! Thanks Tony for all your hard work and support.
